Nancy has been a Waiver Support Coordinator for the last 10 years. Prior to being a Support Coordinator she worked as a behaviorist in the Medicaid Waiver program in NY. Nancy has a Masters of Education from Cleveland State University and is a licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has worked with at risk youth and adults as well as individuals with Disabilities for over 25 years. Nancy recently became the Executive Director of AIM For You, Inc. She is originally from NY and also is a proud mother of three children ages 24 to 5.

Julie has been an advocate for individuals with disabilities for over 25 years. Originally from Asbury Park, NJ she obtained a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Human Services at Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts. Julie was employed by YAI/ National Institute for Individuals with Disabilities as an Assistant Supervisor of a group home, Supervisor for an employment training program and lastly as a Sr. Supervisor for the Compliance and Quality for the Employment training department.
Moving from New York to Florida Julie utilized her experience as the Director of Programming and Waiver Support Coordinators with Advocates in Motion. In her role as the Director of Programming Julie utilizes her training and education skills to work with new WSC and assist them through the complicated role of a WSC. Through this training AIM has a strong core group of WSC’s that are able to answer and support families.

Natasha is a Waiver Support Coordinator at AIM For You Inc., where she advocates for disabled individuals and identify, develop, coordinate, and access supports and services on their behalf. She also promotes the health, safety and well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Over the last 18 years, Natasha has assisted families with children to elderly individuals on various issues while working for reputable non-profit support agencies. Some include Families First of PBC, Camelot Community Care, Darcy Hall of Lifecare and St. James Residence, among others. She helps consumers and families make magic happen in a way that suits their goals. When working with her, you can expect 100% transparency, professionalism and a wealth of knowledge on community resources.

Neville Williams

Neville K. Williams, MSW, Long Island University, Brooklyn; BA, The City College of New York,
(CCNY).
This New York transplant comes to Aim with a wealth of Social Work experience from working in
various settings in New York. Neville worked as Public Information Specialist for the Susan G.
Komen Breast Cancer Foundation (New York Race for the Cure), before obtaining his Master of
Social Work degree from Long Island University (Brooklyn). He came to Florida after working
as a Health Care Integrator, coordinating services for community-based special needs children
and their caregivers, in the Bridges to Health Program ran by Jewish Child Care Association
(JCCA), in Brooklyn, New York. Neville brings enthusiasm to the task of empowering the clients
he works with, by acknowledging and encouraging their strengths to ensure their needs are met.
David Valcana

David Valcana is a Waiver Support Coordinator, with experience in managing group homes and growing challenged individuals. His background in group home management, ability to think outside the box, and hands on approach lead to a positive rapport with clients and their families.
David is driven by his passion for understanding and desires to see his clients in happy and safe environments. He considers himself ‘everybody’s friend” and strives to grow positive relationships while also staying on top of the ever-changing regulatory requirements and growing his professional development.
David successfully ran nine group homes and assist many young teenagers turn their lives around and head in a positive direction.
David served in the United states Marine Corps for years. David is also volunteers as a martial art instructor to kids. Meanwhile, he maintains a great work-life balance.
Jennifer Williams

Jennifer's 20 year career as a Physical Therapist has taken her across the continuum of care in various areas of practice. She has lived off and on in the United States since 2011. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology from McMaster University, Canada and a Bachelor's of Physical Therapy in from University of Toronto, Canada. Jennifer spent 10 years specializing in Neurological Rehabilitation, treating clients of all ages with acquired and developmental neuro-muscular conditions. Jennifer's most recent position as a Disability Case Manager involved assisting employees in their return to work process and in the facilitation of medical accommodations. She earned a designation of Certified Health Ergonomic Safety Specialist in 2016 and enjoyed utilizing these skills to assist people in their vocational and Return to Work goals. She has since earned the designation of a Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM) which has expanded her knowledge of federal and state programs and regulatory practices in the United States. As a WSC, Jennifer will continue in her efforts to facilitate clients' personal, community and vocational goals in order to promote health, wellness and quality of life for all.
